Thanks for shopping with EUWEARS. If something is not right, we will fix it. Please read the policy below so returns stay smooth and fast.

Returns eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be
unused, unworn, and unwashed
in original condition with all tags attached
in original packaging
free of smells, stains, or damage

If an item is returned in a worn or damaged condition, we may not be able to accept it.

Non returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for
underwear, socks, or face coverings if the sealed packaging has been opened
items marked final sale
gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before sending it back.

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at euwearsinfo@gmail.com with
your order number
the item you want to return
a short reason for the return
photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. EUWEARS is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time usually takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number.

But be aware that in order to receive a correct order, items in the past order must be sent to our warehouse back. We cover the shipping costs

If the shipping address provided by the customer is invalid or cannot be delivered to, we will contact the customer via email as soon as possible.

If the customer does not respond within 5 business days, or is unable to provide a valid shipping address, we reserve the right to ship the order to the billing address (if applicable).

If shipping to the billing address is not possible, the order may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after you get our confirmation email, check with your bank or payment provider first. Refunds can take a few days to post. If you still do not see it, email us and we will help.
