This Promotion Policy explains how EUWEARS promotional offers work, including gifts with purchase, discounts, and other limited-time benefits.

Promotion eligibility

Promotional benefits apply only to orders with a merchandise total of 60 EUR or more.

The merchandise total means the total value of products in your cart before shipping and any taxes, unless stated otherwise on the promotion announcement.

Promotional benefits

When your order qualifies, you may receive a promotional benefit such as a beanie, a shirt, a discount, free shipping, or another offer shown on our website.

Promotional benefits may vary by campaign and may be
a free gift
a discounted item
an automatic discount at checkout
a unique code or limited offer

The promotional benefit available to you will be the one displayed on our website at the time you place your order.

One promotional benefit per qualifying order

Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional benefit applies per qualifying order, even if your order total is far above 60 EUR.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

While stocks last

Free gifts and promotional items are available while stocks last. If a promotional item runs out, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value or replace it with a different promotional benefit.

Returns and refunds impact promotions

If you return items from a qualifying order and the remaining merchandise total falls below 60 EUR, the promotional benefit may no longer be valid.

In that case, we may do one of the following
require the promotional item to be returned in unused condition
deduct the retail value of the promotional item from your refund
cancel the promotional discount or adjust the refund accordingly

If the promotional item is not returned when required, we may adjust the refund to reflect the value of the promotional benefit.

Order changes and cancellations

If an order is changed or cancelled after placement and the updated merchandise total is below 60 EUR, the promotional benefit will be removed or the order may be adjusted accordingly.

Fraud and misuse

EUWEARS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any order where we suspect abuse of promotions, including repeated returns, reselling of promotional items, or attempts to exploit checkout rules.
