How much is shipping?
We know this might sound crazy, but shipping in here is for free. No matter where you are!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If something doesn’t fit or you’re not happy with it, you can return most items within 14 (depending on your policy) of placing your order, as long as:
- the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- tags are still attached

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes are only possible before your order is packed.
If you need to change size/address or cancel, contact us ASAP with your order number. If it’s already shipped, we’ll help you with a return instead.
My order arrived damaged / incorrect. What do I do?
We’ve got you. Send us:
- your order number
- a photo of the item and the issue
We’ll fix it with a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
