Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
During new drops or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we will let you know by email.
Shipping time
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days from the date your order ships.
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location or local carrier delays, but 14 days is our standard estimate.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any free shipping offers will apply at checkout when available.
Import taxes and duties
Good news. Import taxes and duties are included in your total.
You will not be charged extra on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch. This is normal.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery location and with anyone else who might have accepted it for you.
If you still cannot locate your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery notice.
Incorrect address or returned orders
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Delays or missing orders
If your order has not arrived after 14 days from shipping, contact us and we will look into it for you.
